Monthly housekeeping
The LabManager options are currently set to create an archive file on the first of each month. The following actions are taken;
Make a copy of the current database, mark it as an archive, make it read only and move it into the 'archive' folder.
Purge the now current database of the completed orders, expired media etc as shown in the debug log file eg.
